After the stock master cylinder suddenly stopped working, I was forced to hunt it down and identify it. This proved to be somewhat tricky, as it was disguised as something else--like a windshield washer fluid container... but smaller, and rustier.
Anyhow, after doing some research, I ended up with an excellent replacement:
An ebay special from Performance Online (http://www.performanceonline.com) netted me their 57-60 F100 Mast Cyl setup for about $300.
Here's what you get:
1) A 1968-1976 Corvette dual reservoir MANUAL ( 1.0" Bore) Master Cylinder.
Research on rockauto.com shows that all 68-76 corvettes call for the same master cyl part#, and that the MANUAL unit uses a 1.0" bore, while the power unit uses a 1.125" bore.
2) A Front Disc/rear Drum Combination valve, bracket, and harness. If you are under the assumption (like I was) that all is needed is a "proportioning valve", you might want to check this link:

3) An adjustable actuator rod w/spherical rod end.
4) Special order Dual Diaphragm 7" Vacuum assist canister.
5) Correct Bracket to attach Master Cyl setup to stock mounting holes on firewall for any Fridge100.
There are so few "kits" made for the 57-60 F100's, and this is a complete unit that bolts directly to the firewall in stock location- you can't buy the parts for this amount of jack.
**The small diameter vacuum canister and firewall bracket allow room for the factory style hydraulic clutch master cylinder, located in the stock position on the firewall.
**A 7" dual diaphragm has stopping pressure equal to an 11" single diaphragm unit (similar to those found on any modern truck)
